On the third Saturday of each month, COINS undergoes routine maintenance during the hours of 2:30 p.m. ET to 12:30 a.m. ET (Sunday). It is advised that users avoid using the system during this window to prevent the loss of work.
The Office for Research Protections will be closed for the University's break starting December 24. The office will reopen on January 4, 2027. During this time, urgent support requests may be submitted to coinsadmin@psu.edu (e.g., site is down). All other support requests will be addressed when the office reopens on January 4, 2027.
